开业典礼的程序典礼程序是指典礼活动的进程。一般情况下，典礼程序由以下几项组成：

（5）揭幕或剪彩。揭幕就是由本单位负责人和上级领导或嘉宾揭去盖在牌匾上的红布。剪彩的彩带通常是用红绸制作的，剪彩前应事先准备好剪刀、托盘和彩带。剪彩时，由礼仪小姐拉好彩带，端好托盘，剪彩者用剪刀将彩带上的花朵剪下，放在托盘内。这时，场内应以掌声表示祝贺。
